Perrie Nicholls, a model and personal assistant from Sydney got married to her beau, Mark on the 2nd November 2019. The couple met on Instagram in 2017 when they were living in Melbourne.
Mark proposed to Perrie at Mrs McArthurs chair in Sydney’s Harbour. He had said they were going to an event but to Perrie's surprise, there was no event when they arrived. After he proposed Mark had organized to have Perrie's nails done followed by a picnic to watch the sunset (so sweet!)
Perrie chose a strapless ballgown dress with pockets (LOVE!) from well known Australian designer, Karen Willis Holmes. The bride knew exactly what she wanted and searched online to find the one. Perrie went during her lunch break to try it on and knew that the very first dress she tried on made her 'feel like a princess' so that was that!
Perrie and Marks' modus operandi for their big day was to keep everything classic, elegant and timeless to compliment the venue. The couple had their ceremony and reception at The University of Sydney which boasts an impressive great hall of Tudor design complete with gables and gargoyles.
Perrie had seen the venue before Mark proposed and had told her hubby to be, if they ever get married she would like like to get married there. The same day they got engaged, they drove past the venue and automatically fell in love with it.

Perrie and her Tribe! Perrie's advice to brides to be is to find the venue before finding your dress as it may affect your choice
The groom! Perrie said that the dress was bigger than he imagined but he loved it :-)
Bridesmaids wore plain white silk slips from ThirdForm. Perrie wanted something for the girls that was simple and elegant.
Perrie carried white roses and her five bridesmaids, dressed in white, held small bouquets of baby's breath.
Perrie was 12 weeks pregnant on her and Mark's big day and didn't she look utterly incredible!
Perrie said finding the venue was the easiest part of the planning process. The venue helped Perrie decide the theme which was in keeping with her chic, timeless theme so natuarally the colours were black and white. Perrie said that the venue was so breathtaking they didnt need much decoration.
Perrie wore a Karen Willis Holmes Veil and the pearl headband and earrings from a small online store.
