Since its inception, the JESUS PEIRO brand, founded in 1988 and the property of Intersposa S.A., has been devoted exclusively to dressing brides, positioning itself as a specialist brand in bridal wear.
Under a philosophy based on the demand for quality, all dresses from the JESUS PEIRO firm are designed and manufactured entirely in Spain, creating collections where the quality of the finish, close to that of haute couture, is the keynote.
The sophistication of the line, the harmony in the interplay of volumes and textiles, the superb care of the finish, always carried out by hand, the exclusive adornments and an elegant and refined style make up the identity of JESUS PEIRO.
About the Designer
When she was only eight years old, Merche Segarra created – unsuspectingly – her first bridal design on the occasion of her first communion.
She was born in 1964 into a family dedicated to the graphic arts, in which art and aesthetics were part of the home environment. One way or another, this influence led her to choose Fine Arts as a university degree.
Three years on, she decided to combine her art studies with fashion design, driven by the excitement of the creativity involved. After completing her training in Milan, Merche initiated a professional career that would take her into the world of bridal fashion and to the JESUS PEIRO firm, which she joined in 2003.
