ABOUT BO & LUCA

bo & luca designer photo

Bo & Luca allows women to express a sure sense of elegance, allure and poise on their wedding day.
Born at the beginnings of nomadic travel and influenced by worldly souls and nonchalant elegance, Bo & Luca’s signature designs are grounded in diaphanous silhouettes, ethereal details and endless femininity. Designed by Creative Director, Shannon Pittman and her team, each gown hand beaded in our quiet atelier in India. Lovingly hand-dyed in loose-leaf White Tea, our gowns celebrate a feminine and carefree romanticism,
with delicate hand beading and embroidery using the ancient Indian art of Tambour. We strive to encourage handmade creations and work to honour and protect the craft of Tambour in every collection.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

In a sunlit studio in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, all dreamy whites, morning light spilling onto raw wooden floors and amidst the racks of whimsical embellished white gowns blowing delicately in the breeze – designer Shannon Pittman and her team design and hand-cut each new collection of bridal gowns.
With the free-spirited, daringly different bride instinctually at the forefront of her design vision, each piece is unexpected, unique, unimaginably beautiful and unlike anything remotely bridal – speaking instead to the wearer and her loves.
