We focus on building a well-edited, diverse (from beach to ballroom), and downright fabulous collection of dresses. (And that includes some great options that aren’t fabulously expensive.) We believe in making thoughtful choices and every wedding gown, every bridesmaid gown, and every accessory that we carry must be “Swoon-worthy.”
Our designers are carried at the best and most prestigious salons around the country—Swoon brings big city shopping to the Biggest Little City so that you really and truly can find a once-in-a-lifetime dress right in your own backyard.

We welcome you to pop in at your whim to peruse our accessories on weekdays. We have recently changed how we are showing our bridesmaid collection. Bridesmaids gowns are unavailable to view on Saturdays and some weekdays. Please call us in advance to chat about your bridesmaid needs. We understand that every story is different. Dearest, 2020-ers! If you are getting married in 2020, now’s the time to talk dresses! We suggest shopping around a year before your wedding, so game on for any beauties with 2020 weddings.

For 2021-ers and beyond! Deep breaths and patience…your time will come! We will do a weekday 45-minute appointment that we call a gown-tasting where we will have you in to get your feet wet and try on some gowns. There is a $50 appointment fee for this service.

Connecting you with an independent seamstress also helps with keeping costs manageable. We do not profit from alterations. Our entire focus is to help you find the right dress.
We work closely with our team to make sure that you are happy throughout the entire process. We are always here for our brides and our door remains open to our brides throughout the alterations process. (We like to think of ourselves as your bridal bestie. Do you want to discuss your idea of adding a sleeve via text over the course of five days? Girl, we got you.)
Alas, we do not give out the names of our alterations team to non-Swoonies (brides who have purchased elsewhere). We suggest asking friends and family who have gotten married recently or using an online resource to find a good option.
