At Story of My Dress, we offer a friendly and relaxed dress journey in our Bridal Room & Studio in Kent. Our rails are full of modern, beautiful bridal separates and non-traditonal wedding dresses, with a chance to create custom pieces by our on-site seamstress.
We have our own collection of bridal designs, and the wonderful AND FOR LOVE our international independent designer. All of our dresses are handmade in small studios, no fast fashion here!

www.storyofmydress.com/West Malling station is a 5 minute walk, 50 mins train ride from London Victoria. There is parking in the Tesco car park next to us. No parking immediately in front of the shop front.
SOMD is an appointment only service at our pretty little shop set in 15th century converted barns in West Malling, Kent. 50 mins from London Victoria, close to major roads and full of beautiful restaurants and bars to make the perfect day for your visit!
Each appointment is 1.5hrs long with full use of the shop with myself or one of my stylists. As our shop is bijou we recommend no more than 4 guests. There is parking locally, due to one on one visits we ask you to arrive at the shop at the time of your appointment or wait in our local tea rooms.

We really want our brides to have the loveliest experience so we do advise that you come without the little ones. Especially during fitting appointments in our dressmaker's studio.

We offer in house alterations to our designer gowns, our own collections are made to measure here.
To complete your look we also hand make our veils and hair bows. Our veils are hand-made in our studio, including personalised embroidered veils & capes coming in many sizes and designs.
All of our stunning dresses and accessories offer our brides a one-of-a-kind, stylish alternative to the traditional, in a friendly one-on-one setting. Nothing about you is traditional, so nothing about us is either – we can’t wait to meet you!
