If travelling by car you can find us by following the M62 to HU1 1TH. There are a number of free on street parking spaces and a pay and display car park just a minute away from the showroom.
At Ghost Orchid Bride when you arrive for your private booking, you and your bridal party will be warmly welcomed in to the boutique for an informal consultation over a glass of bubbly. This gives you an opportunity to settle in, take in the surroundings, listen to some chilled out music, and most importantly help us to understand your expectations and requirements. At Ghost Orchid we are all about offering a luxury, designer product and experience but with a down to earth, laid back, professional service.
A £15 deposit can seure your first gown consultation if booking on a weekend or during trunk shows. This is redeemable on a gown purchase. You will not be refunded if you fail to make your appointment without giving 72 hours notice

When ordering your gown we will take your measurements. How many measurements we take will depend on if you order a made to measure or made to order gown. More are required for a made to measure. Some of our designers will accept custom orders such as a different gown length, sleeve length or extended train at no extra charge. Because most of our gowns are free from the restraints of uncomfortable boning and cupping, alterations are likely to be minimal, however we realise this isn’t just your average party dress here and it needs to be a perfect fit for your big day and some slight alterations may be required. We do have an independent dress maker who can accommodate alteration fittings in our showroom Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Fittings are charged at £20 per appointment plus the costs of alterations. You are likley to need between 2 and 5 fittings.
