We offer a 1.5 hour appointment. During this time we like to get to know you and your wedding ideas, whether this is be on a Pinterest board, Insta or just images you might have seen on Love My Dress.
Bring people who you trust and who will give you their honest opinion. Three is the perfect number as more can sometimes be too conflicting and cause confusion for you.
If possible we would suggest wearing nude or white underwear and a good supporting bra.
We provide shoes for you to wear but you are more than welcome to bring your own too.
Instant tan is a No, No, as we hope you can appreciate, our dresses can get spoilt.
We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change and that you may no longer be able to make an appointment once booked. If this becomes the case, we would be grateful if you could let us know in advance so that we can offer the appointment to another bride.

All of our dresses are made-to-order which means that we take several body measurements to determine what standard size to order (eg. 8, 10, 12, 14 etc). Most dresses will then require alterations to ensure the perfect fit. Basic alterations (bust reduction, waist reduction and hem) can cost an average of £250. Anything outside of basic alterations will cost extra.
All alterations are carried out by our independent seamstresses in house on Wednesdays until 8pm.
We can offer a made-to-measure service through some of our designers; however this will cost an additional fee.
